What equipment do I need?
Some of our workouts can be done without any equipment, but we recommend dumbbells, resistance bands, and a kettlebell. Dumbbells - we recommend 2-3kg (4-7lbs) Kettlebell - we recommend 6-7kg (13-15lbs) Resistance bands - get any that can comfortably be worn around your thighs You may increase weights as you go along. How do I view the workouts on my TV?

How do I find the workout schedule?
The workout schedule is now easily found below (on mobile device or beside the video on laptop or your tv). View the challenge you want to do to see the schedule. Workout schedules are published at the beginning of eah month and new workouts are added weekly. For our 28 day challenges, your workout days are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Yes! We run challenges every single month but you can start at anytime. The challenges are planned day by day so start on whichever day we're on and continue from there. All members of Afrifitness Extra get access to monthly challenges as part of their subscription. Join us today!
Are the 28 day challenge workouts live?
All workouts on the challenge are not live. The workouts are pre-recorded so you can access them anytime at your convenience!
How do I access my workouts?
Login to your account and you'll be automatically redirected to your workouts. Alternatively, you can visit your workout library here.
Can I download the nutrition guide?
The nutrition guide isn't available for download because we've now made it interactive. You can easily search for recipes, upload files and even talk to Rachael directly from the guide. This gives you an extra level of support to get you the results you're looking for.
I'm pregnant. Are the workouts safe?
First off, congratulations!! Each pregnancy is special and unique so we’d recommend discussing with your physician or medical professional if you can safely workout. If you do decide to join our classes, avoid high impact exercises, don't over exert yourself and always listen to your body and your baby.
How do I access the challenges?
Login to your account and then find the latest monthly challenge under the challenges section. We added new challenges along with our regular monthly 28-day challenge.
