How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I delete my account?
Deleting your account is irreversible. If you're just looking to cancel a subscription you can do so under the Billing section in your account. Data can not be recovered once your account is deleted. Which subscription plan should I choose?
Our most popular plan our annual plan. This gives FULL access for a year plus you get access to live classes and all workouts on Afrifitness Extra. You also save by subscribing for a year.
How do I change my plan?
Who doesn't like a good saving? If you'd like to switch plans, please visit your profile and select choose plan on one of the other memberships.
Where can I find the starter guide?
You can access the started guide on the Afrifitness app which explains how to start your plan, what to prepare and how to ease your way into the Afrifitness program. It's also available on Afrifitness Extra with each monthly schedule. Check under the resources section to download.
How do I change my password?
It's real easy. Please visit your profile and enter your current and new password. If you've forgotten your password, please log out and reset your password here.
Can I pay for Afrifitness Extra with PayPal?
Yes! You can now subscribe to Afrifitness Extra with PayPal. Select PayPal at checkout.
How do I update my card/billing?
If you need to change the card stored on your account, please log into your account, then visit your profile and update your payment method.
How does billing work?
Once you sign up for a subscription on Afrifitness Extra, you'll be charged to gain access to workouts. Here's how often we'll charge your account: Monthly subscribers will be charged $20 every month Yearly subscribers will be charged $120 every year These billing cycles will continue until you cancel your account at which point, no future charges will be made. What does my subscription include?

Can I join at any time?
Yes! The Sweat Sixty challenge runs all year and you can start whenever you're ready. We also release a new workout schedule every month. Start your workout on the current day of the month and continue from there. All members of Afrifitness Extra get access to our monthly schedule as part of their subscription. Join us today!
How do I redeem a gift card?
Once you buy a gift card, you'll receive an email with the Gift Card Code. The gift card recipient will also receive an email if their details were entered when purchasing the card. You can also share the link and code with the person to whom it is intended for. You should not redeem the gift card unless you are the intended recipient. Can I share my account with a friend?
No, sorry! Our policy is strictly one user per account. You can only log in to 3 different devices with the same log in credentials, and we check IP addresses to make sure only one user uses the account. Failure to comply to the rules of one user per account will unfortunately get you banned from using our services.
How do I pause my membership?
We can pause your membership for up to 3 months. Pausing your subscription means you won't be affected by any subscription fee increases. Please email us at gethelp.afrifitness,com or use our live chat to speak to a member of support.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund for members who wish to cancel their subscription within 24 hours of their renewal date. If you forgot to cancel your subscription and your membership automatically renewed, please contact us within 24 hours of your renewal date for a refund.
