We also recommend you download our app on IOS and Android and join our support group. On the app, there are many tips and recipes and you can connect with the other ladies.

We have an online customer support team who work hard to keep you informed and assist with any questions you may have via the app, social media and email. We also have an online community of real women who can help should you have any questions about the challenge, etc.
