View the challenge you want to do to see the schedule. Workout schedules are published at the beginning of eah month and new workouts are added weekly.

For our 28 day challenges, your workout days are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Rest days are Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
